TNAR Highlights Modern Updates

Located in Henderson’s MacDonald Highlands, the home is being renovated by Primaris Custom Homes in partnership with Virtue Modern. The original 2004 build featured stacked stone, arches, and dark interior finishes, and the design team aimed to preserve the architectural bones while refreshing the visual language.

The renovation retains many original elements while introducing lighter colors and contemporary details. The five-bedroom, seven-bathroom layout receives a refreshed great room, a new wine cellar, and an updated fireplace.

Inside, the entry foyer now includes a curved staircase, the kitchen has been redesigned, and a new gym, and a reimagined primary suite with direct access to the backyard.

By situating appliances, fixtures, and finishes within lived-in spaces, the project offers visitors realistic insights into durability and aesthetic harmony.

Smaller undertakings can adopt elements such as a compact wet bar in place of a wine cellar or a modest deck inspired by the rooftop lounge, allowing budget-conscious clients to benefit from similar design principles.

Remodelers are encouraged to photograph color palettes, material finishes, and spatial relationships. These visual references can spark client conversations and support proposals for whole-home refreshes.

Complimentary tickets are required for tours. Shuttles depart daily from the Las Vegas Convention Center, with tickets distributed at the TNAR and TNAH booths in the Central Hall outside room C104.
